GRG is a catering solution for small or large groups of people. Our chef-prepared food is from our renowned Gainesville restaurants — Joe's Place and Northwest Grille, as well as other creative dishes. Call us when you’ve planned a working lunch, special luncheon, dinner or private party and we'll deliver the food on time and with impeccable service. We provide disposable chafing pans, plates, napkins and utensils. If you need regular chafing pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, please ask our catering coordinators to price this full service catering option for you. This option will also entail service staff for set-up and breakdown of your event and incur additional fees.

The freshness, originality and presentation of our food, and the friendly, expert customer service provide by our chefs, staff and catering coordinators. Our menus offer the best of our restaurants and more-- with choices to please everybody. We make it easy to meet smaller budget needs, as well as meals for any size budget or group.

We prefer 48 hours notice, but can do it within 24 hours subject to availability of ingredients. Extra charges will apply. For special orders we ask for 3 to 4 days notice. Orders can be placed with less advance notice, but quantities available may be limited.

Payment is usually made ahead of time by credit card over the phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. If you are a non-profit organization or need to set up a montly account with us, we can bill you on a bi-weekly or monthly cycle. No personal checks are accepted.

Yes. We have a minimum order of eight (8) people for our catering services. If you have a smaller group, ask about to-go ordering opportunities.

Yes. We have a minimum delivery and setup charge of $50. Full service catering with chafing dishes and service staff has additional fees. Please contact one of our catering coordinators today for a quote.

Our catering prices are based on the cost of feeding groups of people (at least 8), setup and delivery, while phone-in orders tend to be last minute ideas for smaller groups, i.e. "Let's get Joe's Place or Northwest Grille for lunch today" and do not include delivery. Our catering attracts customers who have a need to provide a reliable, delicious food solution for groups of people.

We have found that per-person pricing is an easier way for people to know exactly how much food they are getting. We also specify how much the portion size is for most items you order to ensure you are getting the right amount of food.
