How to Enroll & Enrollment Fee

Enroll online OR enroll when you visit Joe's Place or Northwest Grille.

There is a one-time $10 enrollment fee and in return you’ll receive a $15 credit on your preferred payment card after your second registered program visit.

The $10 enrollment fee will be charged after you complete the enrollment process and will appear on your payment card statement as a charge from “Member Advantages.”

Birthdays
For your birthday month you will receive special birthday gifts to enjoy during your celebrations.

You can also receive friends and family birthday celebration gifts. Simply add your friends and family member’s birthday information to your personal profile to receive these gifts via e-mail.

How To Earn Points
You earn one point for every dollar you spend, including tax and gratuity, at Joe's Place, Northwest Grille or through GRG Catering Services, when you use any of your registered payment cards. Points do not expire unless you do not have at least one visit using any of your registered cards within a 12 month period from your previous visit.

How To Get Your Reward
Points can be redeemed for rewards at any time by accessing your secure online account or by calling a Member Care Specialist at 866.379.1281.

Checking Your Points
For quick and convenient access to check your points, simply log on to your secure account information.

Adding Payment Cards - Updating Information
You are welcome to add additional payment cards at no additional expense to your account. To add payment cards or update your account information, log on to your secure account information.
